At Psych Reflections, therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. I offer personalized, culturally responsive mental health support to help you reconnect with yourself, manage what’s heavy, and move forward with confidence.

All sessions are offered virtually to clients across California, in both English and Spanish.

    Session Details

    Who I Work With: Adults individuals only (18+)

    Format: Virtual therapy sessions held via a secure video platform

    Length: 50-60 minute sessions

    Rates: Initial Diagnostic Intake: $175 Psychotherapy Sessions: $150

    Please note: I do not offer couples or family therapy at this time.

    My approach is collaborative, integrative, and grounded in flexibility because no one-size-fits-all method works for everyone.

    While I’m nationally certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I blend techniques from a variety of evidence-based practices depending on your needs. These often include:
